The House

The house can welcome 5 to 7 persons, as well as their pets.

At the ground floor you will find a separate kitchen, a living and dining room, and toilets. At the first floor there are two wide bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside, there is a garden closed with walls, and a garage.

The Hydrangea bedroom

Ideal for a couple, the hydrangea bedroom is spacious and confortable. It is simply decorated and has a large antique wardrobe.

The Fern bedroom

Perfect for children, the fern bedroom is very spacious and bright. It has three single beds and a storage cupboard.

This comfortable living – dining room offers a real spacious environment that will make a family feel at home.

With a surface of 20 m², the kitchen will allow a family to prepare meals. Bright, it includes all the appliances needed to cook or heat dishes before sharing them around the table.

Rental terms

Decreasing price from 3 consecutive weeks.

Deposit: 20% to be paid upon confirmation of rental.

Security deposit: 300 €

Cleaning not included: 50 €

Tourist tax: From January 1st 2018, Lannion Tregor Community has instituted a tourist tax to be collected by the owners of seasonal rentals. The calculation method of this tax is available here.

Rental from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. Check-in: after 3pm. Check-out: before 10am.
